LaQuisha Jackson
LaQuisha Jackson, a South Bend native, is the owner of Soulful Kitchen LLC, a catering company specializing in gourmet southern cuisine. A ServSafe Instructor and Hospitality Leader at her church, LaQuisha embodies a lifelong commitment to food, family, and community service.

Aleyna Mitchell, Director of Development and Community Outreach at El Campito Child Development Center, brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement to the board, driven by her passion for addressing food insecurity and empowering individuals through education
